In the Sher-e-Punjab T20 Cup, Trident Stallions touched the 200 mark for the second time and did not give defending champions BLV Blasters a chance to reach the target. Team Trident defeated them by 34 runs in a one-sided match. Batting first, Trident scored 200 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs and in response, BLV Blasters could only score 9/166 runs in 20 overs. This is Team Trident's second consecutive win in the tournament.

In the match played at IS Bindra Stadium, Trident Stallions captain Prabhsimran Singh won the toss and decided to bat first. The team's decision was right. Vihaan scored 21 runs off 10 balls and Prabhsimran Singh laid the foundation for an aggressive start by scoring 34 runs off 24 balls. Abhay came at number three, but he could score only 23 runs.

Salil Arora and vice-captain Ramandeep Singh made an important partnership while handling Team Trident. Ramandeep Singh scored 54 runs off 29 balls with the help of 8 fours and 1 six. At the same time, Salil Arora played an unbeaten innings of 56 runs off 30 balls with the help of 5 fours and 3 sixes and took the score to 200/5 runs in 20 overs.
