Only players hailing from Chandigarh born between 1-4-2006 to 31-3-2010 are eligible for the tournament. He said that apart from these, ground and team liaison officers have also been appointed in all the nine venues of the city.

Tandon said that UTCA will once again create a record with the massive participation of 3456 players along with the expected 288 teams.
