Mahika Khanna and Aditya Mor lifted the girls and boys singles titlesm respectively, in the CLTA-AITA National Series Tennis Tournament at the Sector 10 Tennis Stadium here on Monday..

CLTA trainee seventh seed Mahika Khanna (UP) upset fifth seed Sherry Sharma (HR) 6-4, 6-4 in straight sets. After 1-4 down in the firstt set Mahika Khanna came back strongly and took the next five games in a row to close the set 6-4.

Mahika marinated her consistency and used few intelligent shots in the crucial points. In the second set Mahika maintained her momentum with her attacking game style, finally Mahika used her experience and closed the second set and match 6-4.

In the boys under-18 singles final 10th seed Aditya Mor (HR) defeated Gurbaaz Narang (PB) 6-2, 6-3. Aditya played a high energetic game and solid match, he dominant throughout the match and defeated his opponent without getting much pressure.

Dr. Reet Mahinder Singh, Member Executive Committee distributed the prizes to the winners and runners-ups of Boy’s and Girl’s singles events.
