10 MOBILE PHONES, ONE CARTON BOX CONTAINING LOOSE PLAYING CARDS ALSO RECOVERED

On secret information PS Hauz Qazi Central District regarding gambling at Phatak Karod, Ajmeri Gate Delhi., a team of PS Hauz Qazi was constituted& comprising of SI Varun, Asi Sanjeev, ASI Sarjeet, HC Sanjay, HC Bhagirath, HC Vikas, Ct Ganesh and W/Ct Promod under the overall supervision of SHO Hauz Qazi to nab the gamblers.
In furtherance of the information extracted from secret informers, the team along with informer laid a trap near Phatak Karod, Ajmeri Gate Delhi when the team observed some activities in Phatak Karod, Ajmeri Gate Delhi. The team kept close eye on it and after a while, on the instance of informer the raid was conducted and team apprehended 15 persons from Phatak Karod, Ajmeri Gate Delhi.
(SUBHEAD)Upon questioning, they disclosed their name and address as Kalwa Hassan @ Khalifa (Organizer) R/o Ajmeri gate Hauz Qazi, Delhi, Nasrat R/o Patri, Ps Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Arvind R/o Ajmeri Gate, Ps Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Naseem R/o Ps Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, India, Sameer R/o Bazar Sita Ram, Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Anjar Ali R/o Azad Market, Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Sahil Abbas R/o Ajmeri Gate, Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Akram R/o Ajmeri Gate, Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Md Shakil R/o Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Billu R/o Ajmeri Gate, Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Md Arif R/o Ajmeri Gate, Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Md Kashif r/o Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Nepal R/o Ganesh Market, Hauz Kazi, Central, Delhi, Vikas R/o Ajmeri Gate, Hauz Qazi, Central, Delhi, Arun Kumar R/o Bhajan Pura, North East, Delhi.
All the accused confessed their involvement in gambling. On checking cash Rs 31,980/- cash, Parchi, Pen, Playing Cards, Game Board, Note Pads, 10 mobile phones and one carton box containing loose playing cards were recovered from the spot. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 276/24 u/s 12/9/55 Delhi Public Gambling Act 1955, PS Hauz Qazi, Delhi was registered and 15 accused persons were apprehended., added M.
