GSTT ORGANISES SEMINAR ON “ATMANIRBHARTA IN DEFENCE MANUFACTURING

Gyan Shakti Think Tank (GSTT) established under Sapta Shakti Command, Jaipur conducted its Inaugural Seminar on “Atmanirbharta in Defence Manufacturing: Opportunities in Rajasthan” in collaboration with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) at Jaipur Military Station. 

Minister for Industry & Commerce, IT & Communications, Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and Mr Ankit Mehta, Co-chairman of FICCI were the prominent personalities who graced the occasion. Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command delivered the Keynote address of the seminar. 

GSTT is a maiden initiative undertaken by Sapta Shakti Command to promote intellectual activities & provide a holistic platform to veterans for defence related discussions, National & Regional Security and formulation of Strategic Vision. 

(SUBHEAD)Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore imposed confidence that this endeavour will carve a path for the State to develop Defence Research & Development and manufacturing infrastructure that will contribute to the economic growth of the state.

Lt Gen Manjinder Singh emphasised on the importance and role of GSTT and how it can significantly contribute towards Regional and National Growth and Development. 

The seminar was attended by over 29 industries & MSMEs and 23 different stalls were established by various Defence agencies, Start-ups and manufacturing agencies, showcasing capabilities and initiatives in Defence Sector.
