Chief of the Army Staff, General Upendra Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM visited Shimla based Army Training Command (ARTRAC).
He was briefed on various doctrinal aspects and facets of institutionalised training being incorporated in all the training institutes spread across the length and breadth of the country.
While complimenting all ranks, the COAS appreciated numerous training initiatives involving latest technological advancements underway at ARTRAC to transform the Indian Army into a Modern, Technology Driven, Atmanirbhar & Battle-Ready Force.
