PCDA TO ORGANISE SPARSH OUTREACH PROGRAMME FOR ARMY PENSIONERS ON NOVEMBER 21

The Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (PCDA) Army, Chandigarh will organise a SPARSH outreach programme on November 21, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the SPARSH Sewa Centre, Defence Accounts Building, Sector 9A, Chandigarh.

This initiative, directed by the Controller General Defence Accounts office, aims to facilitate the identification and resolution of grievances for SPARSH pensioners and family pensioners.

The programme is part of the Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 3.0, promulgated by the Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare (DOP&PW). Defence pensioners can settle their grievances and complete their annual identification during this event. To ensure a seamless experience, pensioners are requested to bring photocopies of essential documents, including- Pension Book,Discharge Book,Identity Card,Bank Pass Book,PPO,Aadhar Card, Grievance related papers etc. The pensioners are also urged to bring their mobile phones linked with their Aadhar Card.

The PCDA encourages all the Defence pensioners to participate in the programme and take advantage of this opportunity to resolve their grievances and complete the necessary formalities.
