COTTON FACTORY OPERATORS SENTENCED TO TWO YEARS AND FINED IN CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE

The court of Fazilka In an important verdict in the cheque bounce case and fined the cotton factory directors for 2 years along with the return of the amount of the cheque in question. 

Giving information, victim Ashwini Bhatheja son of Girdhari Lal Bhatheja resident of Fazilka said that he is doing business as commission agent in Nai Anaj Mandi Fazilka under the name of Varun Agro Chemical.

From time to time he sold the cotton factory Narma to Jhamb Enterprises. to the tune of Rs. 29.34 Lacs  lakh 34 thousand to his firm.in lieu of kindness

Later the complaintant was given a cheque ,  which was bounced when deposited in the bank and filed a case in court through his lawyer to recover his money.

At the same time, the directors of Jhamb Enterprise also put their side through the lawyer by getting bail.

Honorable Judge Sandeep Kaur's court, after hearing the cross-examination of both lawyers, gave a verdict in favor of Varun Agro Chemical and sentenced Jhamb Enterprise directors Navtej Jhamb, Adarsh Jhamb and Vinay Bhushan Jhamb's son Prem Sagar Jhamb to 2 years imprisonment and to pay  29.34 Lacs
