In a historical moment for Sapta Shakti Command, a High Mast National Flag of 108 ft height was inaugurated at the Jaipur Military Station, marking a significant milestone in the journey of the youngest command of the Indian Army.
The flag was unfurled by Naveen Jindal, MP and Founder of Flag Foundation of India and Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command. The ceremony was attended by esteemed guests, including Mrs. BarinderJit Kaur, Regional President AWWA.
Naveen Jindal said that our tricolour is a symbol of the unity, valour and pride of our nation and that everyone is equal under it. India has the highest number of high mast flags with numbers ranging over seven hundred.
Army Commander congratulated all ranks on this momentous occasion where in Jaipur Military Station has adorned the icon of national pride, valour and patriotism. He emphasised that this iconic flag will be a great source of inspiration for the people of Jaipur and motivate them towards selfless service and devotion to the nation.
