BSF OFFICERS, JAWANS BID FAREWELL BY SHOWERING FLOWERS

After serving in the Fazilka area under the Abohar Sector for about 6 years, 52nd Battalion of Border Security Force moved to Samba Border today.

Before leaving Fazilka, BSF Commandant Ravi Ranjan along with his family and other officers visited Shri Sanatan Dharma Mahavir Dal Sidh Shri Hanuman Mandir and paid obeisance.

(SUBHEAD)Managing Committee Officer Arjun Kukkar, social worker Liladhar Sharma honoured the Commandant's family and other officers and jawans by presenting Baba's Kripa Prasad and Siropa to them. After showering flowers on all the BSF personnel, they were sent off from Fazilka.

Socialites had all praise for the 52nd Battalion that had organised a series of welfare activities in the villages located near the international border under the Civic Action plan besides safeguarding the border.
