Following the successful elections held , where nine members were elected to the Board of Directors of ATS Prelude RWA, as the first meeting of the Board was held on Tueasday at the ATS Prelude Clubhouse.
As per the provisions of the Punjab Apartment Ownership Act, the newly elected Board unanimously appointed the following Office Bearers of the Executive Body:
Gp Capt Ashwani Bhakoo – President , Mr. Rohit Katyal – Vice President . Mr. Sanjay Rana – Secretary, Mr. Ashwani Gautam – Joint Secretary, Col Jitendra Sharma – Treasurer. Col Sanjay Khanna-Joint Treasurer, Members (Additional responsibilities to be assigned): Col Rajeev Sharma, Mrs. Supriya Chawla, Mrs. Damanjyot Virdi
It was further decided that the First General Body Meeting (GBM) of the ATS Prelude Apartment Owners Association will be held on 19 April 2025 at the ATS Prelude Clubhouse, in compliance with the directions issued by the SDM, Dera Bassi.
In the absence of the President, Gp Capt Ashwani Bhakoo, due to personal reasons, the Vice President, Mr. Rohit Katyal, will preside over the GBM. The meeting will be conducted by Mr. Sanjay Rana, Secretary, with the full support and presence of all other Office Bearers.
The announcement of the Office Bearers has been welcomed by the residents, creating an atmosphere of positivity and satisfaction across the community. The outcome reflects the clear mandate given by residents through a free, fair, and transparent electoral process.
