GAURAV YADAV'S BLAZING 138 POWERS TEAM 172 TO 180-RUN WIN AT GULLY CRICKET TOURNAMENT

The centurion Gaurav Yadav from Team No. 172 delivered a breathtaking performance to guide his side to a commanding 180-run victory over Team No. 170 in the ongoing Gully Cricket Tournament which is being organized by the UT Cricket Association in association with Chandigarh Police. Yadav remained unbeaten on a scintillating 138 off just 40 balls, smashing 20 towering sixes and three boundaries, propelling his team to a formidable 226/4. In reply, the opposition crumbled under pressure and was restricted to a mere 46/8.

The tournament which is now in its eighth day has witnessed nearly 400 matches. So far, over 52,000 runs have been scored and around 4,000 wickets have fallen, highlighting the competitive spirit among participants. The tournament has also seen some stellar individual performances, with seven centuries and 90 half-centuries being recorded.

In other closely contested matches, Team No. 492 edged past Team No. 491 by six runs, while Team No. 235 defeated Team No. 236 by three wickets, team no 173 beat team no 175 by three runs, team no 302 beat team no 301 by 28 runs, team no 244 beat team no 241 by seven wickets, team no 114 beat team no 116 by 17 runs, team no 307 beat team no 205 by five runs.
