A powerful explosion late Monday night on the Shambhu–Ambala railway route in Patiala district triggered panic. The blast damaged railway tracks near Shambhu, forcing authorities to halt train movement on the route as a precaution.
Police teams, led by SSP Varun Sharma, reached the spot and launched a detailed investigation. An unidentified body, blown to pieces, was recovered near the site, raising serious questions.
