In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh. P. Abinandhan, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Harbhajan Singh, Inspector/In charge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders.

One state case PO, namely Dinesh Pal @ Kala S/o Birpal aged 21 yrs, was arrested on dated 13/06/2026 from Baddi Karor near Nada Naya Gaon Mohali Punjab In case FIR No. 141 dated 01/09/2024 U/S 310(4), 310(5) 25/54/59 Arms act, PS-11Chd. Accused declared PO by the Court of Sh Rohit Vats ASJ Chandigarh On date 12/05/26. Accused Produced in Court of Sh Kushal Kumar Yadav JMIC (duty) Chandigarh. Accused sent to Burail Jail.

One state case PO namely Mamta Sood w/o Sanjay Sood R/o # 4821 sector 38 west Chandigarh age 48 years has been arrested on 16/06/2026 in case FIR No. 139 dt 15/09/2020 U/S 325,34 IPC PS- Maloya Chandigarh. Accused declared PO by the court of Ms Renu Goyal JMIC Chandigarh on dt 12/02/2024. Accused produced in the court of Sh.Prikshit JMIC (Duty magistrate). Accused was granted bail upon payment of a fine of ₹10,000.

One PO arrested in two state cases accused name Ankit @ Soor S/o Lt Rakesh Kumar Age 26 yrs R/o #3 village Daddu Majra has been arrested in case FIR no 45 dated. 24/04/2021 U/S 380/411 IPC PS Sarangpur, Chandigarh. PO declared by the court of Sh Sher Singh JMIC Chandigarh on dated 17/4/26. Accused produced before the court of Dr Prikshit JMIC (duty) Chandigarh and court sent to accuse judicial custody 30.06.26. Second case same accused has been arrested in case FIR no 29 dt 02.03.2019 US 379,411 IPC PS Maloya, Chandigarh. PO declared by the court of Sh Kuldeep Singh JMIC Chandigarh on date 7.11.2025. Accused produced before the court of Dr Prikshit JMIC Chandigarh (Duty Magistrate) and court sent to judicial custody till 30/06/2026.

One state case PO namely accused namely Suraj pal @ Sahil S/O Sh. Rampal R/o H No 546 A EWS colony Dhanas Chandigarh. age 25 years has been arrested from a drug de-addiction centre Sec-66 Mohali on dt. 17/06/2026 in case FIR No 112 dated. 20/07/2021 u/s 397,506,411,34 IPC PS Ind area, Chandigarh. Accused PO declared by the court of Ms Sonika ADJ Chandigarh on dated 01/03/2025. Accused produced before the court of Sh Arvind Kumar ADJ Chandigarh and Sent to Model Jail.

One state case PO namely accused Happy @ Champ S/o Sanjay R/o # 1972/A , New Indra Colony Manimajra Chandigarh aged 32 yrs, has been arrested on 17/06/2026 from at H.No. 1972/A New Indra Colony Manimajra Chandigarh in FIR No. 65 dated 12-08-2023 U/S 21 NDPS Act & 25-54-59 Aram Act ,PS-IT Park Chd. Accused declared PO by the Court of Ms.Hargurjit kaur ADJ Chandigarh on dated 20/04/2026. Accused produced in Court of Sh. Arvind Kumar ADJ Chandigarh and sent to Burail Model Jail Chandigarh. The said PO is habitual accused who is already involved in total 14 cases & One heinous crime case PO.

One state case PO namely accused Mohd. Ashiq@Ashif S/O Sh.Mohd.Nazim, Age-36 Years R/O 195 Mohalla Ahmed Khel Kiratpur Distt. Bijnour UP has been arrested in Case FIR No-21/2021 U/S 354,354-A,363,366,376( 2)(N)and 6 and 8 (POCSO) Protection of Children of Sexual Offence Act 2012. PS-03 Chandigarh. A FIR was registered at PS-03 Chandigarh on the complaint of Kamlesh S/o Mul Chand R/o Chonka Colony, near Gym Vill.Kansal, Distt. Mohali Punjab in which he stated that he resides at the above-mentioned address with his family and works as a gardener at a house in Sector-9, Chandigarh.

On 07.03.2021, his wife Savitri and his 17-year-old daughter Madhu had accompanied him to the house (Kothi No. 31, Sector-9, Chandigarh), where they used to visit daily. At about 5:00 PM, while his wife Savitri was engaged in her work, she looked for their daughter Madhu to send her home but found that she was not present in the house.

During the same time, the complainant also reached Kothi No. 31, Sector-9, Chandigarh, and both of them searched extensively for Madhu in the nearby area. However, despite their efforts, she could not be traced. The complainant expressed suspicion that some unknown person had enticed or lured away his daughter. He requested that appropriate legal action be taken in the matter. He accused remained absconding and could not be apprehended by the police. Accused Declared PO by the Court of Ms.Swati Sehgal ADJ Fast Track Court Chandigarh on Dated-15/10/2022. The accused had been absconding and could not be apprehended by the police despite continuous efforts. After a considerable lapse of time, PO & Summon Staff conducted search and tracing operations, and the accused was ultimately arrested on 19.06.2026 from Town Kargi Gram Banjarawala Disst Dehradoon U.K. Accused After medical examination handed over to I/O L/ASI Nikki 1912/CHG, PS-3, Chandigarh for further proceeding in this case.

One state case PO, namely accused Kishan @ Mullayam S/o Lt. Tahsildar R/o # 1831/B, Small Flats Dhanas Chandigarh aged 27 yrs, was arrested on 29/06/2026 from near House no 75 EWS Dhanas Chandigarh in FIR No. 125 dated 05-07-2024 U/S 304 BNS PS 17 Chandigarh. Accused declared PO by the Court of Sh. Sachin Yadav CJM Chandigarh dated 16/02/2026. Accused produced in Court of Duty Magistrate Ms. Neelam SJM Chandigarh. Accused sent to Burail Model Jail Chandigarh.
8. PO namely Arrested namely Surender Singh S/o Karnail Singh R/o# 82 Sec 20 A Chandigarh has been arrested in Case ICMS no 9934/2021 Accused PO declared 24/04/2024 in the court Ms Partima Singla JMIC, Chandigarh. Accused produced in the court of Ms Ritu Tanwar JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

 PO namely Vikash Kumar Malhotra S/o Sh. Ramesh Chand Malhotra R/0 SCO 190
Sec 34 Chandigarh has been arrested in case ICMS/2026/020887 NACT/11791/1024. PO declared on 28/12/2025 in the court Ms. Bhawna Gera JMIC, Chandigarh and accused produced in the court Ms. Bhawna Gera JMIC, Chandigarh and accused released on bail.

One PO arrested namely Ajay Kumar S/o Ramdulri Dubey H.No.1710 Vill Burail Sec-45 Chandigarh has been arrested in Case NACT/2776/2025 (ICMS/023165/2026). Accused PO declared 08.04.2026 in the court Sh.Jasbeer Singh JMIC, Chandigarh. Accused produced in the court of Sh.Jasbeer Singh JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.

One Non-Bailable warrant executed in which accused namely Bilhar Singh S/o Didar Singh, R/o #Vill Rurki Khan kharar Mohali, aged 26 yrs in case FIR No. 21 dated 20/01/2020 U/s 399,402,411 IPC, PS-39, Chandigarh. NBW warrant against the accused was issued by the Court of Ms. Dr Harpreet Kaur ADJC Chandigarh. The accused was produced before the same Court and was sent to Judicial Custody at Model Jail Burail.

One Non-Bailable warrant executed in which accused namely Manisha/Banarshi Dass Gulati, H.No.1831 Vill Burail Chandigarh in case FIR no 16/2025 PS-34 Chandigarh. The accused produced before the court of Sh Sumit Kalon PMJJB Sec-25 Chandigarh and released on bail.

One Re-Arrest warrant executed in which accused namely Suneet Kaur D/o Sh.Inderjeet Singh R/o #1076 Sector 8C Chd Age 48 yrs , who’s already convicted by the Court of Ms Iram HasanJMIC vide order 19/1/2018 in Case no. 214/2017, 997/2017, 999/2017, 1000/2017, 2263/2017, 3600/2017 u/s 138 of NI Act. Accused Suneet Kaur was arrested on 3/7/26 from Gurgaon in above said case and in CRM-M-16571/2026 pending in Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana. Accused produced before the court of Ms Sonali Singh,ACJM(Duty) who ordered to sent her Budail Jail Chandigarh vide conviction order dated 19/1/2018.
