OVER 200 EMPLOYEES RECOGNISED AND HONOURED FOR EXEMPLIFYING TRIDENT’S CORE VALUES

Trident Group, a leading global manufacturer and exporter of home textiles, paper, chemicals and energy, celebrated its annual Values Day on 2nd Oct with enthusiasm and pride across its manufacturing facilities in Punjab and Madhya Pradesh. The events brought people together to reaffirm the values of honesty and integrity, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous growth and development that continue to shape the organization’s culture, growth and journey.

The occasion carries a special emotional significance for Trident Group, as it commemorates the birth anniversary of Shri Nohar Chand Gupta, revered father of Chairman Emeritus, Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta. The day serves as a meaningful reminder of the principles and values that have remained an integral part of Trident’s organizational ethos.

The celebrations commenced with the traditional lighting ceremony, symbolizing enlightenment, unity and a shared commitment towards a brighter future. The key highlight of the celebrations was the Reward & Recognition (R&R) ceremony, where more than 200 employees across various categories were recognized and honoured for exemplifying Trident’s core values through their dedication, performance and contribution. The recognition celebrated not only individual achievements but also the collective spirit that drives the organization forward.

Addressing the Trident Family from Budhni, Chairman Emeritus Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta highlighted the importance of values in building a strong and sustainable organization. He congratulated all those who received rewards and thanked them for all the hard work they have done.
