SUPER DANCER CHAPTER 3 ANNOUNCES ITS TOP FIVE AMONG LUDHIANA BOY FINALISTS

After enthralling the audience week on week with not just exceptional performances by this season’s finest talent, but celebrating every contestant’s journey, popular kids dance reality show – Super Dancer Chapter 3 is inching closer to a spectacular Grand Finale. Apart from the audience, the entire Bollywood industry has taken notice of the young talent and appreciated their enigmatic performances. From amongst the 7 contestants the Top 5 who were voted for and who will compete with one another in the finale are: 

6-year-old Rupsa Batabyal from Kolkata, 7-year-old Saksham Sharma from Ludhiana, 8-year-old Jaishree Gogoi from Guwahati, 9-year-old Tejas Verma from Mumbai, 12-year-old Gourav Sarwan from Jaipur

The level of talent and competition that the show has continued to maintain since the first season and propelled the kids’ dancing career to a great extent. A lot many celebrities like ‘Bollywood diva’ Rekha, ‘Disco king’ Mithun Chakraborty, Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt and evergreen actresses like Aruna Irani and Bindu were highly impressed by the new age dance form amalgamation with the traditional dance styles. 

Times when Bollywood stars Aruna Irani and Salman Khan felt complexed by the talented contestants of Super Dancer. “People say the contestants of Super Dancer Chapter 3 are creating history but I believe these kids are creating future”, Aruna Irani once expressed on the show during the evergreen special episode. She humorously added, “You people call celebrities like us here on Super Dancer to give complex.” The kids have left no stone unturned to give complex to celebrity dancer across the industry. The moment when 7-year-old Sakham Sharma impressed mega Bollywood star Salman Khan, he couldn’t resist himself appreciating the performance and commented, “I feel as if I need to learn Dancing after watching the contestants in Super Dancer Chapter 3”. 

When Ranveer Singh broke down after watching his first tribute performance 

In an episode of the show Ranveer broke down on the sets after watching an emotional act by contestant Gourav Sarwan and his super guru Amardeep. Not only Ranveer, the act even made Alia Bhatt teary-eyed. Gourav dedicated a special act to Ranveer Singh by depicting the life journey of the actor with his moves. The performance highlighted the hardships and struggle that the actor went through in his initial days. Post the act, emotional Ranveer said, "I had never thought that I will come to a dance show and someone will interpret my life in a dance routine. I'm a little taken by surprise but it is one of the most touching things someone has ever done for me. This act will somewhere make me immortal in the audience’s heart.” 

When 6-year-old Rupsa made Shilpa Shetty Kundra and ‘Bollywood queen’ Rekha bow down and touch her feet.

In an episode of ‘Jashn-Ae-Rekha’ where Rupsa Batabyal performed on Rekha’s song ‘Maa Shero Wali’ Rekha was so impressed by her performance that she immediately touched her feet. Rekha mentioned, “Rupsa is flawless with her expressions and adayein.” Moreover, even Shilpa Shetty Kundra declared that she doesn’t know dancing after watching Rupsa’s magical performance on the song ‘Jati hu main jaldi hai kya’. This was the first time in the history of Super Dancer when Shilpa did a shashtang pranam to a contestant. 

Saksham sharma
  Super moves that made viewers stand on their seats. While the journey throughout the show has been most entertaining one there were moments when viewers had to stand on their seats. The show will forever cherish how the 6-year-old Rupsa ‘expressed’ her dancing through her moves. The way Gourav charmed everyone with his robotic moves. Viewers love the way Jaishree does her ‘chakri’ super move with her legs and standing on her head. Times when Saksham has made us roll on the floor laughing by his funny tales. Even Gully boy ‘Tejas Verma’ was no behind when it came to play pranks with the contestants and the judges and his moves that made Guru Tejas sweat! 

Now the show is on the verge of its grand finale, it’s time for the audiences to vote for the potential contestant and help them win the coveted title of, ‘Super Dancer’ making the winner dance ka kal.
