The Chandigarh Press Club in association with Kashmiri Sahayak Sabha, Chandigarh, is organizing a Kashmiri Food Festival on February 2 (From 11.30am to 4pm).
The chefs from Kashmir will be preparing the authentic Kashmiri cuisines.
There will be both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines, ranging from Dum Allu, Nadru Yakhni, Yellow Paneer, Khate Baingan, Rajma, Roganjosh, Yakhni, Keema, Chok Chawan and Kashmiri Kahwa.
Mr.Saurabh Duggal, Secretary General, said the food will be served at subsidised rates.

Veg: Dum Allu, Nadru Yakhni,Yellow Paneer,Khate Baingan, Rajma Served with rice and roti
Non-Veg: Rogan Josh, Yakhni Keema .Chok Chawan Served with rice and roti/naan
