Satish Singh then allegedly forwarded the details of victims to his associates, Avinash Kumar, and others, who maintained the fraudulent websites and emails.

Avinash and his associates allegedly called victims according to the data sent by Satish Singh and told them that they had to pay ₹5 to receive their passports or else delivery would be canceled.
