IPS ARPIT SHUKLA PROMOTED IN THE RANK OF DGP

Shri Arpit Shukla IPS (SPS:1993) have been promoted in the rank of Director General of Police (DGP) in Level-16 of the Pay Matrix with immediate effect.

As per the notification issued by Punjab Govt. order shall be subject to the  conditions that thia  promotion would be subject to Review of Select List/ Re- determination of Seniority/re-assignment of year allotment of IPS officers by Ministery of Home Affairs (MHA) if any.

The actual financial benefits relating to the rank of DGP would accrue only after the Review of Select List/Re- determination of Seniority/Re-assignment of year of allotment.

This promotion would be subject to various pending writ petitions/Court Orders/compliance reports filed in the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court.
