In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Sher Singh, Inspector/Incharge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders.
Police said, one state case PO namely Atul Kumar S/o Sh.Ashok kumar R/o H no-1579/02, Sector 30 Chandigarh has been arrested in case FIR No-57/2022 u/s 20,21 NDPS Act PS 49, Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Ajay JMIC Chandigarh, Accused sent to judicial custody Model jail Burail for 22.12.2025.
One state case PO namely Ravi Kashyap S/o Lt Roshan lal R/o H. no. 2366/1 Ews colony Maloya Chandigarh has been arrested in case FIR NO-97 dt.13.08.2023 u/s 61.1.14 Act PS Maloya Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Ajay JMIC Chandigarh, Accused sent to judicial custody Model jail Burail
The PO namely Sanjeev Kumar s/o Iqbal Singh H.No. 4A water supply colony Ph-7 industrial area Mohali, PB has been arrested in case No ICMS/2025/018880 Coml.7139/23 U/S 138 NI act. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh.Mohit JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to Judicial custody.
The PO namely Neelam Kaur, H.No.1425/22 Ph-11 Mohali, PB has been arrested in case ICMS/2025/039973 Coml.12543/22 U/S 138NI act. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Ramandeep Kaur JMIC Chd and released on personal bond.
One Conditional warrant executed namely Sushil Kumar S/o Chet Ram R/o village Ghagas , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh has been arrested in case No.Crl Misc 275/2021 and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Kuldeep Singh JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
One Conditional warrant executed namely Ankur Sharma S/o Ashok Kumar Sharma has been arrested in case No. Crl. Misc 2193/2023 and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Kuldeep Singh JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.
One Conditional warrant executed namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Budhi Singh R/o Village Jarot, Nagrota Surian, Kangra HP has been arrested in case No. Crl. Misc 963 /2017 and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Ambika Sharma JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
