The Chandigarh Press Club, in collaboration with One Beat Medical Group Trust, organised a comprehensive Free Health Camp at the club premises on Sunday. The initiative witnessed an overwhelming response, with around 350 club members and their families participating in the camp.

(MOREPIC1) As part of the health services, 250 members underwent laboratory investigations, which included Renal Function Test (RFT), Liver Function Test (LFT), Lipid Profile, Thyroid Profile, Blood Sugar Test, Vitamin Panel, Complete Blood Count (CBC) and other essential diagnostic tests. Doctors were available for medical consultations, and free medicines were also provided.

The camp also featured a dedicated eye check-up section, where around 250 members availed eye examinations. In addition to routine screening, reading glasses were distributed free of cost to those in need.

Bahadur Singh, Founder and Chairman of One Beat Medical Group Trust, graced the occasion as the chief guest. He was felicitated by the Governing Council of the Chandigarh Press Club for extending support to the camp. One Beat Medical Group Trust runs charitable hospitals, blood banks, nursing, pharmacy and paramedical institutions in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Oregon (USA).

The medical camp received additional support from Ojaswwee Sharma, National Award-winning film director and founder of Pinaka Mediaworks.

The Chandigarh Press Club expressed gratitude to all partners and volunteers for making the health camp a success and reiterated its commitment to organising such welfare initiatives for its members, said Mr. Rajesh Dhall, Secretary General of the Club.
