On 26.08.2022 a snatching took place near Chitkara School, Sec-25 Chandigarh. On this information case FIR no. 110 dated 26.08.2022 U/s 379A, 34 IPC PS-11, Chandigarh was registered. The CCTV footage were procured and checked. Two Motorcyclists were seen, the same was shown to complainant who identified the motorcyclists.
On the instance, a team was constituted by DCC headed by ASI Narender Singh, who checked the CCTV footage and two juvenile have been apprehended from near Kali Mata Mandir back side PU Sector-14 and 2 Mobiles and one Motor (Splendor Pro) cycle No PB-13-Y-6442 recovered from their possession.
One of them was snatched from near Chitkara School, Sec-25, Chandigarh on 26.08.2022, another one from Sec-15, Chandigarh. The Motor cycle was stolen from Kharar. The Mobile and Motor Cycle are being verified. Both juvenile are drug addicts. The Juvenile have been sent to Juvenile Home.
