PHD CHAMBER DELEGATION INVITES HARYANA GOVERNOR ASHIM KUMAR GHOSH TO PITEX-2025

A delegation of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) called on the Governor of Haryana, Shri Ashim Kumar Ghosh, and extended a formal invitation to him for the 19th edition of the Punjab International Trade Expo (PITEX-2025). The mega trade expo is scheduled to be held from December 4 to 8, 2025, at Ranjit Avenue in Amritsar.

The delegation comprised Punjab Chapter Chair Karan Gilhotra, Ms. Bharti Sood, Senior Regional Director, PHDCCI, and Gurdarshan Aggarwal, Resident Director, PHDCCI. They briefed the Governor on the growing stature of PITEX, the participation of international business delegations, prospective investors, and emerging commercial opportunities associated with the event.

Governor Ashim Ghosh expressed his willingness to attend PITEX-2025 and interact with industry representatives. He noted that the expo plays a significant role in strengthening regional industries, particularly the food-processing sector.

The PHD Chamber is expecting formal confirmation of the Governor’s visit soon.
