Chandigarh Police arrested Sanjay Kumar S/O Suresh Kumar R/O # 1008 Near Killa Village Burail, Sector -45, Chandigarh near Atul Furniture I/Area Ph-2, Chandigarh on Sunday and recovered 48 bottles of Royal General Premium Blended Whisky (180 ml each), 10 bottles of Royal General Premium Blended Whisky (180 ml each), 10 bottles of old habbit xxx rum (180 ml each), 4 half bottles of Royal General Premium Blended Whisky (375 ml each), 8 bottles of Royal General Premium Blended Whisky (750 ml each), 3 bottles of charlie xxx rum very old vatted (750 ml each) from his possession.
A Case FIR No. 222 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-31 Chandigarh.
Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
