SBI'S ILL TREATMENT TO SENIOR CITIZENS

Union finance minister says that SBI is the best bank in India, but Senior Citizen Mr. Arun Sharma, explained bitter experience in this regard.

He says, his recent visit to one of the branch in Kharar, Mohali district in Punjab, and  shocked to see a customer being refused by 2 senior officials, to open both SCSS and PPF accounts.

After waiting for 3 hours, she was peremptorily told to see another officer in this regard.

In another case, a senior citizen was refused to open account.

Mr. Arun Sharma, said,  how a senior citizen is treated in SBI, with a total lack of concern. I wish these officials go through the same amount of pain and suffering in standing for hours together, added Senior Citizen Mr. Arun Sharma.
