VISA FRAUD : IMMIGRATION COMPANY DUPED 1.45 CRORE, BOOKED ON HOSHIARPUR RESIDENTS

A case FIR No. 161 U/S 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Harkamal Preet Singh R/O # New Colony Chohal Hoshiarpur (Punjab) and others against two ladies, Shiv Kumar and others, All R/o # SCO No. 1097, 2nd Floor Sector-22/C, Chandigarh. They cheated the complainant with Rs 1,45,52,221/- regarding visa. Investigation of this case is in progress. 

 GULF VISION TRAVEL ALSO BOOKED ON VISA FRAUD

A case FIR No. 182 U/S 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector- 34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Gurmeet Singh R/o Village- Muhala, District Malerkotla, (Punjab) and others against the owner of Gulf Vision Travel first floor Piccadily Mall Sector 34, Chandigarh. They cheated the complainant for approx Rs 8,00,000/- regarding visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.
