Face2News/Bhopal

Bhopal Student Requests CM Mohan Yadav and Minister of Cooperatives Vishvas Kailash Sarang to Intervene in Alleged  RS 80,000 Fraud Case Against Myfledge Private Limited.

A student from Bhopal has raised serious allegations against Myfledge Private Limited, accusing the institute of fraud, intimidation, and refusal to refund course fees amounting to ₹80,000.

According to the complaint submitted by Miss Khan, she had enrolled at the MP Nagar-based institute after being promised professional training, academic support, and placement-related services. However, she alleges that the institute failed to provide the promised course structure and services after admission.

The student further claimed that despite repeated requests for a refund, the institute allegedly refused to return the amount paid. She has also accused the institute’s Head, Barnali Singh Ghosh, of using abusive language, threatening her, and causing mental harassment during discussions related to the refund.

In the complaint, Miss Khan additionally alleged that the institute’s Director, Biswajit Badal Gosh, behaved in an intimidating manner and misled her regarding the services and refund process.

The matter has become more serious after the student claimed that local police officials allegedly refused to register her complaint or FIR despite hearing her concerns. She described the alleged refusal as negligence and said the incident has caused her financial, mental, and social distress.

Miss Khan has now raised these concerns via email with Mohan Yadav and Vishvas Kailash Sarang, seeking immediate intervention and action in the matter.

The complainant has requested immediate action against the institute management, refund of her ₹80,000 fee, legal action for the alleged threats and fraud, and a departmental inquiry against the police officials who allegedly did not register her complaint.

She has stated that she possesses payment receipts, chats, call recordings, and other supporting evidence which she is prepared to submit during the investigation.

The allegations made in the complaint are yet to be independently verified, and no official response from Myfledge Private Limited or the concerned individuals had been made available at the time of writing.
