Immigration fraud accused Sukhwinder Singh son of Desraj, resident of 33-B, Dashmesh Enclave, Dhakoli, Police Station Dhakoli, Mohali was arrested on 28.06.2025 vide FIR No. 54 dated 28.06.2024 u/s 406/420 IPC and 24 Immigration Act, P.S Dhakoli, District SAS Nagar.
On Saturday Morning at about 10.30 A.M. the accused was rushed to Central Jail Hospital Patiala from Patiala Jail with a complaint of severe chest pain and was later referred to Rajinder Hospital, Patiala, where he was declared broght dead at 11.18 am.
The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Patiala has been requested to conduct a judicial inquiry in this matter. A detailed report will be sent to SHO Police Station Derabassi, SAS Nagar and the body of the deceased will be handed over to his family after the post-mortem.
