Orion Scanners & Path Labs has inaugurated its new branch at Panchsheel Enclave, Zirakpur, marking a significant step towards expanding access to advanced diagnostic and healthcare services in the region. The new centre, established under the leadership of Dr. Deepak Bhalla and Dr. Sapna Bhalla, is equipped with the latest technology and advanced diagnostic machines to support accurate investigations, quality healthcare and patient convenience.

The new facility was formally inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Sh. R.D. Bhalla and Smt. Krishna Bhalla, parents of Dr. Deepak Bhalla, in the presence of family members, well-wishers and other guests.

The centre is located at SCO 6, 7 & 8, Panchsheel Enclave, Zirakpur–Ambala Highway, Zirakpur.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Deepak Bhalla said that the new facility has been developed with a vision to provide comprehensive diagnostic services under one roof. He highlighted that the centre features the latest technology and modern diagnostic machines, enabling a wide range of investigations to be conducted with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and patient comfort.

The newly inaugurated branch offers an extensive range of diagnostic services, including fetal medicine, advanced ultrasound, CT scans, cardiac investigations, automated laboratory testing, mammography, DEXA scans, digital X-rays, CBCT/OPG, pulmonary function tests, EEG and FibroScan.

The specialised fetal medicine unit provides a comprehensive range of investigations, including first- and second-trimester scans, NT/NB/IT scans, Level II scans, 3D/4D scans, obstetric Doppler, fetal echocardiography, fetal neurosonography, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS) and genetic consultations.

The imaging department offers CT scans of the head, abdomen, pelvis, chest and joints, along with CT angiography and other specialised investigations. Its ultrasound facilities include whole-body ultrasound, follicular studies, TVS/TRUS, KUB and prostate scans, high-resolution scans, sonomammography, musculoskeletal and neonatal brain scans, and colour Doppler studies.

The cardiac diagnostic unit provides ECG, echocardiography, TMT and Holter tests. The automated laboratory offers investigations across haematology, biochemistry, serology, immunoassay, hormone profiles, FNAC, Pap smear, histopathology, microbiology and genetics. Additional diagnostic facilities include NIPT, IVP, HSG and barium studies.

Dr. Deepak Bhalla further emphasised that the use of the latest diagnostic technology and modern equipment is an important part of the centre’s commitment to delivering dependable diagnostic services. The objective is to help residents of Zirakpur and neighbouring areas access a broad spectrum of investigations at a single location, reducing the need to visit multiple facilities for different diagnostic requirements.
