BSF ORGANISES CROSS COUNTRY COMPETITION

A 10 km Cross Country Competition was organized by 19 Bn BSF at the BSF Campus, Rampura. The event was inaugurated by Anil Kumar, 2IC (Ops), Offg Comdt 19 Bn BSF in the presence of personnel of all ranks. 

32 participants from various units under the Punjab Frontier took part in the competition in which 19 Bn BSF won the first position, 115 Bn BSF got second and 27 Bn BSF got the third position. 

Anil Kumar, 2IC (Ops), Offg Comdt of 19 Bn BSF, felicitated the winners and runners-up with medals and motivated all participants to actively engage in such sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle and contribute to a drug free society. He emphasized the importance of such events playing a crucial role in combating substance abuse and discouraging antisocial activities.
