Case FIR No. 145, Dt. 03.07.2024, U/s 309(4) BNS, Added 317(2) BNS, PS-36 was registered on the statement of Sh. Kaloo S/o Roshan Lal R/o H N 183, Kadipur, District Gonda, UP Age 32 yrs came to Police station in which he stated that on 03.07.24 he along with his other two friends after finishing their work were coming back to their home from mohali on their own cycles from kajheri chowk towards furniture market chowk, when they reached on slip road Sector 53 side in the meantime three unknown persons out of which two boys and one girl suddenly came from the jungle side and stopped them.
One of them show knife to them and second took out his OPPO K-10, blue color mobile phone along with purse containing ATM card and some cash from the pocket of his pant whereas the girl took out mobile phone of his friend Raju. They also manhandled with them and after that all three alleged persons fled away from the spot.
TEAM & OPERATION
Working on the instructions/directions of Senior Officers Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur, IPS, W/SSP/UT Chandigarh, and Sh. Mridul, IPS, SP City a special team of Police Station Sector-36 was constituted under the close supervision of Insp. Jai Parkash Singh 309/CHG, SHO/PS-36 and overall supervision of Sh. Charanjit Singh Virk, SDPO/South-West, Sector-39, Chandigarh.
The team working on secret information apprehended two accused i.e. one boy and one girl, and one snatched mobile phone and ATM Card has been recovered from their possession.
(SUBHEAD)During further investigation, both accused 1). Abhishek S/o Tej Pal R/o H no. 710/A, Small Flats Dhanas, Chandigarh Age-24Years and 2). Simran D/o Om Parkash R/o H no. 228/A, Small Flats Dhanas, Chandigarh Age-19Years have been arrested.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON: Abhishek S/o Tej Pal R/o H no. 710/A, Small Flats Dhanas, Chandigarh Age-24Years. He is drug addict, studied up 9th class and working as rag picker in Phase-3, Mohali. 2. Simran D/o Om Parkash R/o H no. 228/A, Small Flats Dhanas, Chandigarh Age-19Years. She is drug addict, studied up 8th class and doing nothing. Previous Criminal record of Abhishek:- Nil. Previous Criminal record of Simran:- Nil.
Both the accused are drug addicts and committing crimes to fulfil their drug addictions.
