UT Administration extended and reschedule the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) Election Electoral Rolls preparation Process.
The general public is hereby notified that the process for the preparation of electoral rolls for the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee Election constituency has been extended and rescheduled as detailed below:
Registration of Voters: Up to 31st July 2024.
Preparation of Manuscripts of Roll, Printing, and Placement at Centres for Preliminary Publication:
1st August 2024 to 20th August 2024.
Publication of Preliminary Roll by the Deputy Commissioner: 21st August 2024.
Notice by the Deputy Commissioner: , detailing names and designations, or in the case of officials, designations only, and addresses of the revising authorities to whom claims and objections relating to the roll may be presented. 21st August 2024
Last Date for Receipt of Claims and Objections: 11th September 2024.
Last Date for Disposal of Claims and Objections and Communication of Decisions by the Revising Authority to the Deputy Commissioners under Rule 10 (3) of the Sikh Gurudwaras Board Election Rules, 1959: 21st September 2024.
Preparation of Manuscript of the Supplementary Roll and Printing of Supplements: 3rd October 2024.
Final Publication: 4th October 2024.
All concerned applicants are advised to submit their application forms in the office of the designated officers for registration as voters in the electoral rolls as already published in the earlier public notice.
