ATTACK ON GREEN LOTUS SAKSHAM OWNER, CASE REGISTERED AGAINST FORMER PARTNERS AMIT MITTAL AND SANJAY GARG

Green Lotus Saksham owner Vivek Sawal was seriously injured in a fatal attack on him in Chandigarh. In this matter, a case against his former partners Amit Mittal and Sanjay Garg was registered (under various sections) in Sector 34 police station, Chandigarh.

(MOREPIC1)In his complaint, victim Vivek Sawal said that he had some dispute over money with Green Lotus Utsav builder Amit Mittal and his former partner builder Sanjay Garg, against whom he had already filed a complaint in the Vigilance Department. “Both the accused had grudge against me and that is why they attacked me,” he said.

(SUBHEAD)He said that yesterday when he was leaving the Vigilance Department after submitting the documents related to the complaint, Sanjay Garg warned him to face the consequences of registering the complaint, but he ignored his words and left for home in his car. He said, on the way to his home two people on a bike hit his car. When he stopped those riding the motorcycle, they confirmed him his name and immediately started attacked him with sharp weapons leading to deep cuts on his head.

Following this, both the accused fled from the spot, threatening him to stay away from lodging any complaint with Vigilance department. The victim alleged that the police department has turned a blind eye towards the matter despite the fact that his life is in danger.
