Border Security Force (BSF) personnels and Punjab Police in a joint search on Thursday recovered Chinese Drone in Taran Tarn District.
The search started during afternoon hours, on a specific information from BSF regarding presence of a drone, an extensive joint search operation was launched by BSF and Punjab Police on the outskirts of the Village Dal in District Tarn Taran.
(SUBHEAD)During the search operation at about 13:15 pm, party successfully recovered one small drone in broken condition. This recovery took place in a farming field adjacent to Village Dal in District Tarn Taran.
The retrieved drone is a Quadcopter (Model – DJI Mavic 3 Classic, made in China).
BSF Spokesman in Jalandhar Punjab Frontier Headquarter said, diligent efforts and reliable intelligence network of BSF made yet another recovery jointly with Punjab Police of a Pakistani drone engaged in spreading narco menace.
