PUNJAB EX COP RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST TO SEEK JUSTICE , NOW URGES CBI TO COME INTO ACTION

A resident of Punjab and Chandigarh S. Jabarjang Singh (70)  ex-Cop , has urges Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as Punjab Police not giving justice to save his life from a Drug Peddler Arhushpal Singh, who fired on him at Village Ratta Khera in Sangrur District, few months back.

Victim's son Ajaypal Singh (Approved  Australian Author) in a communication to CBI here  has said, my father was heavily assaulted by drug handler Rashpal Singh on the intervening night of 27-28/11/23 with intention to kill with a firearm in Village Ratta Khera under Police Station Lehra in Sangrur Distt.. Police haven't taken any cognizance of the offence so far. The case is being delayed under the name of enquiry.

He further said,  the SSP Sh. Sartaj Singh Cjhahal had marked the enquiry to SP Sh. Rakesh Kumar  for further investigation, but no action has been taken in two months.  

The firearm hasn't been impounded so far.

The cameras catching assault have been ignored to check. Multiple Affidavits of villagers including active sarpanch about incident not taken in note.

My father 70+ spent his active life serving the country (Ex Cop) and ne going pillar to post for justice.

He also given all the documents related to the incident. He also apprised the CBI that the above said Drug Handler have been booked for Heroine (Chitta) earlier in Fatehabad in Hayana, some time back.
