Punjab and Haryana High Court has declined relief / stay of Proceedings in data leakage / theft case of Trident Group on December 14, 2023 against the orders of learned Magistrate of Mohali Courts to further investigate the matter.
It is learnt that NIIT (Coforge) requested to stay proceedings to avoid / delay forensic of their Servers at Noida / other Centres.
Trident had outsourced its IT Infrastructure Management to NIIT Technologies Limited to provide services relating to IT operations Management, IT Services Management, Service Level Agreement framework for 3 years in 2018.
Punjab Police’s Cyber Crime Cell had lodged an FIR against employees of the then NIIT Technologies Limited (now Coforge Limited) in June, 2018.
