25 PB BN NCC CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

The 25 Pb Bn NCC today celebrated International Yoga Day with great fervour and enthusiasm. The event was Centrally held at three institutions in Abohar, Fazilka and Khuian Sarwar. The same saw active participation from NCC cadets, officers, and staff besides other affiliated Institutions who conducted Yoga Sangam as part of IYD 2025. 

(MOREPIC1)The event commenced with a ceremonial invocation, followed by a series of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation. The participants demonstrated remarkable discipline and dedication, showcasing the benefits of yoga in promoting physical and mental well-being. 

The event was organized with the theme “Yoga for One Earth-One Health,” highlighting the importance of yoga in fostering unity, discipline, and inner peace. The NCC cadets showcased their skills and enthusiasm, making the event a grand success. 

Over 1120 NCC cadets, ANO/CTO, PI Staff and Civil staff participated in the event. Yoga sessions were conducted by certified instructors. The event concluded with distribution of refreshment.
