The state case PO namely Rajinder s/o Mann singh R/o H No.2856 Mauli Jagran Chandigarh has been arrested in case FIR no 09 dt 25.01.2020 US 395, 411, 397 IPC PS MJ Chandigarh. Accused was declared PO by the court of Ms.Sonika JMIC Chandigarh on dt. 18.03.2025. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms.Sonika JMIC Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
The Conditional Warrant executed in which accused Chatesh Singh S/O Sh.late Amar Singh Hno-1516 Kaccha Bazar Ambala Cantt Haryana has been arrested in Case No.Crl/Misc/976/2022 and produced before the Hon’ble Court of duty Magistrate Sh Kaushal Kumar Yadav JMIC Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.

One PO namely Vikram Kapila s/o Late Vijay Kapila # Flat 02 ground floor B-5 Nirmal Chhaya tower Zirakpur has been arrested in ICMS/2025/025476 Case No NACT/5401/2023 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Jaspreet kaur JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.
