In state case PO namely Krishan s/o Jagdish Gupta R/o H No.2805 Dadu majra colony chd has been arrested in case Fir No-211/2017 u/s 452, 323,34 IPC. PS-11 Chd. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Raminder Kaur JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody
In another state case PO namely Karan S/o Sham Kumar has been arrested in case Fir No-84/2023 u/s510 IPC, 68 (1) PP Act. PS-Maloya Chd. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Ajay JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.
Prem kumar S/o sarta ram R/o 2537/3 c Sec 39 c Chandigarh. has been arrested in complaint No ICMS/2025/026335 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of MS Ramandeep Kaur JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
One PO namely Raju S/O sh.shiv Kumar R/O 2017 A sec 28 chd. has been arrested in complaint No ICMS/2025/023815 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of MS Mohit Kumar JMIC, Chandigarh and rleased on personal bond.

The accused was declared PO by the court of Sh Mohit, JMIC Chandigarh and produced before the same and sent to judicial cutody.
