NEXUS ELANTE & ACCESS LIFE UNITE FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS

Access Life NGO, in collaboration with Nexus Elante Mall, lit up the ‘I Love Chandigarh’ landmark sign in the mall courtyard, in gold as a mark of solidarity on the occasion of International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, observed every September. The sign will be light up till Sunday to mark the occasion.

(MOREPIC1)    Children undergoing treatment, along with their parents, Access Life Chandigarh staff, volunteers, and students, gathered at the Nexus Elante Mall to be a part of this occasion.

The landmark in the mall was illuminated in golden lights as a tribute to children fighting cancer. The golden glow represents the Childhood Cancer Awareness Ribbon and serves as a beacon of hope for affected families. This initiative, spearheaded by Access Life Assistance Foundation in collaboration with Nexus Mall Elante, highlighted the strength of young warriors and the community’s collective commitment to their fight.

Isha Nehru, Centre Manager for Access Life HBS Foundation Centre, Chandigarh, shared:“It was truly heartwarming to see Nexus Elante Mall beautifully reflect our message of hope and strength. We are deeply grateful to Nexus for their unwavering support in raising awareness for childhood cancer. Bringing our Braveheart children and their caregivers to witness this transformation was unforgettable, and we thank our volunteers, supporters, and the people of Chandigarh for standing firmly with us in this cause.”

Since its establishment in 2022, Access Life HBS Foundation Centre, Chandigarh, has created a nurturing home for more than 110 beneficiaries, offering a haven during treatment. The annual September lighting initiative is part of Access Life’s ongoing mission to spread awareness and rally support for families facing this difficult journey.
