The Rajbhasha Puraskar Distribution and Hasya Kavi Sammelan were organized by Bhakra Beas Management Board at NITTTR, Sector-26, Chandigarh. The event was organized under the chairmanship of Er. Manoj Tripathi, Chairman, BBMBto award the winners of the competitions held during Hindi Pakhwada -2025. The Award was also given to the Employees who done maximum work in Hindi during 2024-25.
Rajbhasha Puraskar Distribution and Hasya Kavi Sammelan are organized by BBMB every year. During Hindi Pakhwada -2025, various competitions were organized by BBMB to propagate Hindi and motivate personnel to do maximum work in hindi. The participants who secured first, second and third positions in these competitions were awarded by BBMB. On this occasion, a total of 45 personnel who performed well in various Hindi competitions were awarded.
In the Rajbhasha Puraskar Distribution Er. B.S. Nara (Member, Irrigation) gave prizes to all the winning participants. On this event, he said that such programmes should be organized from time to time so that there is a feeling of enthusiasm among the employees towards Official Language.
At the Hasya Kavi Sammelan, eminent poets of the country Sudip Bhola, Dinesh Bawra, Sundar Kataria and Rajni Awani lobbed everyone with their comic poems. In this program, officers and employees of the Board Secretariat as well as Chief Engineer/Transmission System and Chief Engineer/System Operation Office were present, who enjoyed the program with full enthusiasm and took a pledge to promote Hindi.
