The 12th edition of Machma Expo 2025, India’s leading Machine Tools and Automation Technology Exhibition, commenced today at Parade Ground, Sector 17, Chandigarh. The four-day event, scheduled from November 14 to 17, 2025, was inaugurated by Chief Guest Professor Asim Ghosh, Governor of Haryana.
Addressing the gathering, Professor Ghosh expressed his appreciation for Chandigarh hosting such a significant industrial exhibition, saying, “It is a very good thing for Chandigarh that such major industries are coming here. Bringing everyone together on one platform is highly beneficial for the mechanical industry”.
Providing details about the expo, Mr. Karamjit Singh shared that Machma Expo continues to create remarkable opportunities for industrialists, enabling growth and collaboration across sectors. He emphasized the mission of the expo—to support businesses in achieving excellence through specialized and impactful trade fairs.
This edition brings industry and academia together to promote Make in India, advanced technology, and research transfer. DST Technology Enabling Centre, Panjab University is representing IITs, CSIR labs, technical universities, and other premier institutions, strengthening the innovation–industry connect.
With 400 exhibitors, 30,000+ visitors expected, and 10,000+ product displays, Machma Expo has once again established itself as North India’s most impactful platform for machine tools, plastic machinery, automation, and engineering innovations.
