UT Chandigarh Administration on Friday extends winter vacation till January 13 due to swear cold. Distt. Education Officer, Chandigarh, said, in continuation of this office order dated 03.01.2026, in view of the prevailing weather conditions, the regulation of school timings / winter vacation for all Government, Government-Aided and Recognised Private Schools in U.T. Chandigarh is hereby extended up to 13.01.2026.
The same schedule and instructions as contained in the order dated 03.01.2026 shall continue to remain in force during the extended period.
