The Confederation of Indian Industry – Indian Women Network (CII–IWN), Chandigarh Tricity Chapter, marked a formal transfer of office at its Annual Session 2025–26, with Ms Ritika Singh concluding her term as Chairperson and gracefully handing over the baton to Ms Sakshi Katyal, who assumed charge as Chairperson for the year. Dr Lipi Pathak was formally declared Co-Chair of the Chapter.
The announcement was made during the Annual Session of 2026, held at the CII Northern Region Headquarters, Chandigarh, signifying a seamless leadership transition from the outgoing team to the new office bearers.
Ms Sakshi Katyal, a dynamic entrepreneur and Founder of Jade Xclusive, will steer the Chapter’s agenda for 2025–26. Accepting the responsibility, she outlined a clear vision centred on visionary leadership, deeper collaboration and bold action, reiterating that CII–IWN will continue to empower women not only to participate in growth, but to lead, influence and transform the future.
Under Jade Xclusive, Ms Katyal delivers interior design, landscape design and architectural solutions across commercial and residential projects in India and overseas. She is also the Co-Founder of TheKaksha.com, an online tutoring platform. Her entrepreneurial journey has earned her recognition from Outlook magazine as the “Most Promising Entrepreneur of the Tricity.”
Dr Lipi Pathak, Founder of Akasa Wellness Solutions and Partner at Koshaa Life, was formally announced as Co-Chair, bringing with her a strong background in wellness entrepreneurship and leadership.
Addressing the gathering, Ms Nandini Chaudhry, Chairperson, CII–IWN Northern Region, said, “The IWN Chandigarh Tricity Chapter has been undertaking meaningful initiatives and contributing consistently towards creating an inclusive societal ecosystem. It aspires to continue this excellent work and hence build a strong community with the involvement of various stakeholders.”
The programme also featured welcome remarks by Ms Ritika Singh, Outgoing Chairperson of the Chapter.
