A delegation from Chandigarh Beopar Mandal (CBM), consisting of Sh. Sanjeev Chadha President,Sh. Charanjiv Singh Chairman, Sh. Mohit Sood Vice President and Chairman, GST Co-ordination Committee, Sh. Jaspal Singh Executive Member called on Sh. Gaurav Kumar Jain, IRS, Additional Commissioner, Central GST, Chandigarh to discuss key issues affecting taxpayers.
The delegation highlighted four key issues:-
Denial of GST input due to supplier non-existence and notices U/s 74.. Extension of time limit for export of goods from 90 days to 180 days.
