Celebrated authors Chandra Shekhar Verma and Sonika Sethi shall be conducting this one-day workshop to learn the fundamentals of creative writing in English and Hindi, informed CLS Chairperson Dr Sumita Misra..
Chandra Shekhar Verma is a behavioural scientist, motivational speaker, and a Hindi poet from Lucknow. Carrying on the legacy of his illustrious grandfather Padma Bhushan Shri Bhagwati Charan Verma and his father Shri Dhirendra Varma who is a well-known Hindi author. He is conducted similar writing workshops for children and had done in Chandigarh for CLS several years back.
Dr Sonika Sethi is a prolific writer and columnist with interest in post-colonial literature and historical fiction and is an Assistant Professor of literature and linguistics at SD College, Ambala Cantt. And conducts creative writing workshops for children.
