PRINCESS DIYA KUMARI RELEASES LILY SWARN’S URDU BOOK AT AWWA FESTIVAL

Member of Parliament Princess Diya Kumari released the book ‘Yeh Na ThiHamariKismat’ written by Lily Swarnon the final day of AWWA Literary Festival Abhivyakti Season 2 at Jaipur.

The day commenced with the arrival of some well-known personalities. These included Femina Miss India Runner Up 2022 Rubal Shekhawat and stand-up comedian NeetiPalta. Regional President, AWWA Ravneet Bhinder launched the first book of the day titled ‘The Birth of My Nation’ written by SutapaBasu.

The first event of the day at ‘Rangayan’ was the talk ‘Fearful to Fearless’ by Lokesh Nathani and launch of his book cover – ‘Public Speaking Unlocked’. This was followed by a highly entertaining and thought-provoking theatre play ‘Shakkar Ke PaanchDaane’ by Kumud Mishra and Troupe.(SUBHEAD)

Parallelly, the session ‘Army Brats – Badge of Honour’ at ‘Madhyavarti’ was an interview with young adults of Army background who have achieved name and fame in different fields. These included Femina Miss India Runner Up 2022 Rubal Shekhawat, stand-up comedian NeetiPalta and an achiever at Mrs India Worldwide 2019 Shailza Suri. The next event at ‘Madhyavarti’ was the stand-up comedy act by NeetiPalta.

The post lunch session at Rangayan was ‘Dastaangoi- A form of Story Telling’ wherein Fouzia recited Ramayana in Urdu. This was a unique and interesting event for the audience. At ‘Madhyavarti’, the session ‘NayiPeedhiNayiSoch/ Sculpting Young Minds’ involved noted Principals like Ameeta Mulla Wattal and Archana S Mankotiaand eminent educationists sharing tips and information on how to help kids become responsible readers in the digital age.

The closing ceremony ended the event on a high. AWWA Regional President Ravneet Bhinder launched the book ‘Rang Badalti Zindagi’ written by Krishnalata Singh. A Rajasthani folkdance presentation mesmerised the audience.
