Face2News/Chandigarh

Audi is making a gradual but surefooted transition to sustainable mobility with a slew of recent decisions accelerating this transition. Audi India launched five electric cars in India in 2021. All five cars –the Audi e-tron 50, Audi e-tron 55, Audi e-tron Sportback 55, Audi e-tron GT and Audi RS e-tron GT – have received an overwhelming response in the past year and continue to do well this year, with a waiting period ranging from 1-3 months on these cars. The brand currently has a strong order bank for e-tron, indicating strong demand for luxury electric cars

When the brand launched the Audi e-tron in India, an entire ecosystem was created for customers. The Audi e-tron is sold with two chargers – a 22kW wall-box charger and a portable in-car charger. In addition, Audi India also has an e-tron Hub section on the ‘myAudi Connect App’ that helps locate the nearest charger on-route a journey. The brand has successfully installed 100+ chargers including high-speed chargers in 65 cities across India.
