ACCUSED WAS DEMANDING RS. 50000/- FROM A BUSISNESSMAN, THREATNED TO SPOIL HIS LIFE AND BUSINESS, WHEN CAME TO KNOW THAT MATTER HAS BEEN REPROTED TO POLICE, HE ALONGWITH HIS SONS BEATEN THE COMPLAINANT, WHEN POLICE TEAM REACHED HIS HOME FOR ENQURIY HE ASSAULTED THEM AND TORN THE PAPERS, HIS SON HAS ALSO BEEN ARRESTED, IRON ROAD AND PLASTIC PIPE USED IN BEATING HAS BEEN RECOVERED, HE HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN INVOLVED IN 05 CRIMINAL CASES

On 27.03.2023, one Daulat Ram made a PCR call that one person Laxman Indoria is harassing him and demanding Rs. 50000/-. On that Daulat Ram was contacted, he gave a complaint in writing that he runs “Mickky” restaurant at Ram Nagar Market, New Delhi in the area of PS Nabi Karim.
He further added that on 23.03.23, Laxman Indoriya alongwith his associates came to his Restaurant and demanded Rs 50000/- for running the restaurant and threatened to kill. On 27.03.23 he was again forcibly stopped by Laxman Indoria at Sheela cinema and demanded Rs 50000/- and extended threat to life if not paid. After initial enquiry, a case vide FIR No. 141/23 u/s 384/387/34 IPC was registered into the matter and investigation taken up.
When Laxman came to know that Daulat Ram has reported the matter to the police, he got annoyed and he alongwith his two sons stopped Daulat Ram and his friend in front of Sheetla Mata Mandir, Qutub Road, the temple said to be managed by Laxman Indoria.(SUBHEAD)
Laxman and his son beaten Daulat Ram and his friend and got made a fake PCR call from his wife to give the incident a different colour. Daulat Ram reported the incident to PS Nabi Karim. After enquiry, a case vide FIR No. 144/23 u/s 323/341/34 IPC was registered in the incident and investigation taken up.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sain, IPS, DCP, said, during course of investigation, when police team reached at the address of alleged Laxman Indoria i.e. Qutub Road Nabi Karim for enquiry and to serve the notice u/s 41 A CrPC his wife SSSS and two sons namely Lakshya and Pragywan blocked the entry of staff into the house and misguided that Laxman Indoria is not present in house whereas he was very much present.
Police staff searched the house and found that Laxman Indoria had hided himself under the water tank at terrace of the house. When Staff caught accused Laxman Indoriya and tried to serve the notice he tore and thrown the same. Laxman Indoriya, his wife and sons namely Lakshya and Pragywan assaulted HC shashank and Ct Vijyant, but they courageously overpowered them and apprehended.
During that HC shashank and Ct Vijyant sustained injuries and they both were sent to Dr. RML Hospital for medical examination and their MLC were prepared. In this regard a case FIR No. 145/23 u/s 186/353/332/34 IPC has been registered and investigation taken up.
Laxman Indoriya r/o Qutub Road, Nabi Karim age -52 years was brought to the police station and interrogated at length. After interrogation and verification of facts, it emerged that he has also been previously involved in 05 cases of wrongful restrain, house trespass, Criminal Intimidation etc. After detailed interrogation and his confession of being involved in above said incidents, he has been arrested in all three cases.
During interrogation it is emerged that he used to run a you tube channel IPPCI Media-24×7 News Network and posed him a journalist and used to extort businessmen, shopkeepers by threatening them to defame by posting fake news affecting their businesses.
Lakshay age-26 years has also been arrested in case FIR No.144/23 and 145/23. His wife and son Pragyawan are absconding and efforts are on to arrest them.
An iron road and plastic pipe used in beating (FIR No. 144/23) has been recovered on the instance of Laxman Indoria.
