GOOD GESTURE: HANDED OVER OF ONE PAK NATIONAL TO RANGERS BY BSF IN FEROZEPUR SECTOR

BSF troops apprehended  one Pak national ahead of border fence, when he crossed the International Border and entered into Indian territory, in the area falling near village – Bhakhara under Ferozepur district on Saturday during evening hours.

During questioning, it came to notice that the apprehended Pak national namely – Hakim Ali (Age – 75 yrs), R/o – Kasur (Pakistan) had crossed over to Indian territory inadvertently. Nothing objectionable foundwith the individual.

BSF approached Pakistan Rangers and lodged protest on the matter. Thereafter, on 22nd Apr’ 2022 itself at about 0833 PM, the apprehended Pak national, handed-over to Pakistan Rangers as a Goodwill gesture and on Humanitarian grounds.
